Rise of the Phoenix is a fan made sequel mod for the PC version of James Bond 007 Nightfire. It continues Bond's adventure and includes new missions, multiplayer maps, music and more.

The mod began development back in 2014 by our lead developer CamB99, and started out as a few basic extra missions to follow on from the single player campaign. However, as his mapping skills grew so did his ideas and ambitions, and it wasn't long before he was planning out a new storyline to expand upon Bond's adventure. That same year he also watched Eurovision Song contest for the first time, where Conchita Wurst won the competition with her song "Rise Like a Phoenix", which he felt had a "Bond song feel" to it and would work well as the mod's theme song. The song's title was also altered slightly and became the mod's title.
